Mustang RV Park and Storage located in Aubrey/Pilot Point, Texas, just 30 Miles from the Dallas /Fort Worth (DFW) area.  Our Aubrey/Pilot Point, Texas RV Park has covered patios, an onsite laundry and large pull through lots to accommodate you.  We are just a short drive to the Dallas North Tollway growth corridor which includes Celina, Prosper, Frisco, Little Elm, McKinney, The Colony and Plano. We are also only a short hop to Denton.

Close enough to the city to have some fun and far enough away for you in your quest for quiet country living. Lowest cost RV Extended Stay located in North Texas.

We are a pet friendly park so bring your pets along and enjoy the large 10,000 sq ft dog park.

Park Rules

Failure to abide by these rules will result in ejection from the park.

Pilot Point RV Park
  1. No aggressive or constantly barking dogs. (Determined at Park Manager’s discretion).
  2. Dogs must remain on a leash at all times in Park.  Do not leave dogs tied up outside when you are not home or OVERNIGHT. Please pick up after you dog immediately.
  4. All dog enclosures must be approved in writing by park management. No wire fencing.
  5. Outside window A/C units are NOT allowed. (Effective 07-08-2020).
  6. Domestic disturbances, disruptive, harassing, aggressive or threatening behavior, or law enforcement called to your site will not be tolerated and will lead to eviction from the park.
  7. RV site user is responsible for their own proper conduct and that of all visiting guest and occupants. All occupants of sites and guests for more than 24 hours must be registered with the park. Improper conduct will cause eviction from the park. (At park managers discretion).
  8. Please help conserve electricity and other utilities. No car, truck or RV washing with RV Park water.
  9. Speed limit is 10 mph and enforced. Speeders will be ejected from park (at Owner’s and Park Host’s discretion).
  10. Site payments and deposits (if applicable) are to be paid in advance. No refunds for early move out.
  11. Maximum of 1 RV, and 3 vehicles per site. Enclosed trailers 14 foot or less are allowed upon approval by Management. Operating a business out of a site is prohibited.
  12. Sites must be kept clean and free of clutter. (Determined at Owner’s and Park Host’s discretion). Violators will be evicted from the park.
  13. No operating a business where public has to come on property.
  14. Only toilet paper in toilets. (Septic System approved)
  15. No open fires, all fires must be in an outdoor approved fireplace with protective screening.
  16. All units must be hooked properly (factory hook ups) to sewer (“L”s must be used), water (no dripping connections) and electricity. No generators (only in emergency).
  17. Quiet time is from 10:00 pm to 8:00 am. Violators will be ejected from the park.
  18. No vehicle repairs allowed on premised and all vehicles must be operable with current registration. Park your vehicles, cars, trailers and trucks on gravel areas only. Not in the yard or on the covered patios.
  19. Clothes lines are not permitted.
  20. All units must be kept in good condition. All covers in place, windows repaired with like materials, etc. (this will be at Park Representative’s discretion).
  21. No tarps or pallets allowed anywhere. Only patio furniture allowed outside on sites. No pools. Patios are not for storage and cannot be enclosed with plywood or tarps. Wind screens approved by management.
  22. Guests are responsible and must accompany any children under age 14.
  23.  Do not store or leave your trash bags on the lot. Please put in dumpsters immediately. No bulk items in dumpster, NO mattress’s, couches or furniture of any kind, bagged trash only. There will be a $50.00 charge if found in violation.
  24. All RV’s and other vehicles must be capable of being moved, upon notice, and within 24-hours. If an owner of an RV or other vehicle cannot remove the same, the RV or vehicle may be removed by a third party at the owner’s expense.
  25. No outside appliances unless they are under the covered patio and approved by management.
  26. NO fireworks or firearms are allowed anywhere on the property.
  27. Mustang RV Park will not accept mail (we do accept packages) delivered to the park for guests. Guest can obtain a P.O. Box number or ask for an alternative delivery method from the Pilot Point Post Office.  Our address can only be used for package delivery.
  28. No ATV’s (4 wheelers, dirt bikes, etc.) are allowed to be driven anywhere on the property.
  29. Porches and storage sheds allowed upon approval by management.  80 square feet maximum on storage sheds.
  30. Late Fees – A $25.00 late fee will be assessed if you are more than 7 days late on your payment, unless you have made special arrangements with Management. A $5.00 fee will be added beginning the 6th day, each day, until delinquent rent is paid. If delinquent rent is not paid within 14 days you will be required to leave the park.
  31. During freezing temperatures please shut off water and unhook hose from camper and faucet. Please do not drip faucets.
  32. Any damages to the property or private property of contractors, will not be tolerated and will lead to eviction from the park.
